Arabella has done a wonderful job of bringing the communications strategy for our non-profit medical education organization to a new level. Following a deep dive needs assessment, she has helped us to develop consistent and impactful messaging with a modern look and feel, and to build a more effective communications team and process. She has really taken the time to know our staff, our “friends and family” and our market. We are now working on building effective user outreach programs, better branding for our events, and newsletter and public relations strategies - each supported with strong internal processes and outcome metrics.
